More and more catering is moving to being an outdoor event. If you want to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or just have a party then BBQ catering should be on your list of choices. Even wedding catering is opening up to the great outdoors.
But do not think that just because BBQ catering is an outdoor event that you can do it all by yourself. Hog roasts and luau’s can be much more difficult to pull off than standard catering events.
